Needless to say this was the business of buying, selling and flipping homes in the area know as the Highlands and nearby neighborhoods.

Needless to say, almost immediately we realized what just happened. 

From now on I want you guys to call me "Apache" and respect my right to kill from above and kill needlessly.

Needless to say from that purchases (and Colin maxing out his 401k for his S-corp each year) we are out of cash, but after attending a webinar on BP this week we heard all about ways to finance multi-family properties.

Needless to say he did not get any further business from us.  

Well the crime heat map looked like a volcano so needless to say we passed.

Needless to say, the monthly HOA fee that pays for the tenant's utilities and the 8% Property Management fee is eating my monthly cash flow... and now that I have an idea of how much taxes I will be paying if I don't sell it within the next 2 years (thanks @Natalie Kolodij and @Mike Chern), I'm definitely looking forward to selling my property this summer.

I have sat in the parking lot many times watching the comings and goings of a less than desirable crowd of folks some of which are homeless needless to say.

Needless to say, the city has dropped my application twice now, for reasons beyond my control.

Needless to say, there are former steps to go through before your dream comes true.
