I usually subtract that year from the year of the note to see fin its a 15 or 30 yr or some other yr like 20.The unqualified of $83k is a mystery to me.

It's pretty transparent.Here in MA, a felony on your record must be disclosed, but isn't necessarily an automatic decline, unless it was a violent felony like rape or murder.

I personally have 1 LLC for multiple properties and maintain good liability coverage and strong business practices (don't rent to drug dealers and murderers, keep buildings in great shape, etc.)
