For insuring MH businesses and communities of size and captive finance operations, Pat Ford is the only guy I use 630-325-2111 because his agency has the experience and expertise to really know what is needed and what is not in the way of coverage.

If Henry Ford had said the same thing about his first car, he would have continued to make all of his cars out of his garage, and if he were alive today, he would have probably made a total of 200 cars.  

My tenants have 2 cars, a ford explorer and a suburban (just my luck, right?

When I first saw your post, I was too busy to answer, but the idea I had was basically what Bill Gulley gave you - have the seller finance the lot using "owner financing".

I have learned a lot using this site the past few weeks.
