We have a need to organize investors for specific deals into one software.

If so, what software do you use? 

I'm not sure where those banks have all their locations, but it has been quite the difficult task finding a bank to work with me on this one...Now to the property managing softwares that can allow me to have multiple bank accounts to receive ACHs without paying crazy amounts of fees and providing proof of registration with the state....ugh... good luck!

I was wondering if anybody out there knew of any software and/or websites that are good for determining the FMV of residential and/or commercial properties.I know the obvious ones like Zillow.com, Realor.com, etc, but I am skeptical about how their accuracy.

I have struggled to find a reliable and user friendly online property management software where I can collect rent online from my tenants.

I like it alot and I have it talking with my software for inbound/outbound calls.

Your best bet is usually to use whichever ACH platform your software supports.
