I also set up open houses every weekend or every other weekend based on the amount of interest.You could also try posting to several of the Facebook "trash and treasure", yardsale, etc type of groups along with Trulia, Hotpads, Zillow, and Realtor websites.If there continues to be lack of interest, you may have to drop the rent or sale price because they are probably finding better deals somewhere else.

Have a separate lease agreement for the renting of the lot and then something for the actual home.You might be able to look up the land values with the treasurer.
