December is usually the slowest month because of the holidays and weather.

Indeed, they generally want a cheap holiday, they don't need a kitchen or a living room since they spend most of their time at the various resort facilities, including restaurants.

I read this and think about Disneyland and Universal Studios, two giant landmasses paying taxes based on 1978 valuations.

I hope you're good at snaking drains, fixing electrical, fixing water leaks, etc...at 4am and on Holidays (don't make family plans).
