I am a new investor and I dont have any property just yet, however, Im determined to start building my empire this year.

Located in Southern California, Inland Empire - I'm an E-Commerce Sales Strategist & Online Marketer by trade (mostly working with Amazon) but have been looking at getting into investments for a while now.

I quite Corporate America as an Executive at the peak of my career 2 years ago...I was tired of building someone else's empire.  

Let's say he says he wants to be PML and give me 50k to get started - how would you take the initial capital and turn it into a REI empire?

If my ultimate goal is to build a real estate empire how should I structure my company?
