Right now I am looking at getting an opportunity to house hack in multiple counties (Worcester, Middlesex, Essex, Plymouth, Norfolk, and Bristol) in Eastern Mass.

@Alexander Felice lives in Fayetteville too, is about to be a licensed real estate agent, co-hosts The military millionaire Podcast with me, and has perfected the BRRRR strategy enough that he is speaking about it at a virtual military real estate investing conference in three weeks! 

For those interested, maybe we can set up a zoom conference call once a week depending on mutual availability?

About two weeks ago sold a flip on the Eastern Shore Maryland near Annapolis during the coronavirus epidemic.

We are also going to continue to see lots of Northern Eastern folk either buy here (many New Yorkers came down, haven't gone back & will continue to buy).

But for remote short term rental owners worried about the revenue, I am not in your side. in Eastern Pennsylvania,  owners were advertising we were a coronavirus free Haven , which of course was not true, and we were getting people trying to flee the New York and New Jersey hotspots bringing their infection with him an overwhelming Pocono hospitals. we don't want them here.
