@John Anderson we don't list our address on our main site to avoid tenants trying to send us a paper check, which we don't handle as we only provide online processing.

You are looking at about 6% in agent commissions but it could be worth it as the property will sell faster and probably for a higher price.If you do go with an agent I recommend using @Aaron Anderson in that area.

To expand on @Josh Anderson, if you deny housing to somebody based on information you received from a 3rd party, you must provide the applicant with an Adverse Action Letter that tells them the source of the information that caused your denial, and contact information for the source.
