Less seasoning, no cap on how many mortgages you can hold at one time.

the biggest indication of a investor failing in real estate is not having enough reserves to get through the rainy seasons of the investment where as people who can get through over a long period of time do extremely well.

The Bayside units are very nice, but the ones at Gulfside, which is older, can be pretty dated and have odd layouts.

I'll definitely consider that for the upcoming season!

I would ask @AJ Wongundefined he is a member here on the BP forum and a Great seasoned agent to ask about that area and STR's.

@Kaias BlancoI will share with you some advice I got when I was about your age… maybe a few years older… I’m now 54… and this advice has served me well through the years; and it sounds so simplistic:   “You are where you are because you choose to be there.”What that means is that the limits as you currently see them are self imposed.  

Especially at this time of year if your market is heavily seasonal like ours is.

Even if he doesn’t use me, at least we have rent paid until then and it’s peak season for renting.
