That is not typically true 99% of the time lenders are paid on the loan amount and this gets them incentivized to find best rates and win the deal so I apologize if that was confusing.

Personally the most effective bet is too call other local PM companies yourself because only you can truly express your concerns and maybe get better pricing.It should only take 15 mins per call.

I never missed a single payment and they made $50,000 in interest off of me over the last year so instead of foreclosing on me recking my credit for the next 7 years and them being forced to sell a house for less than what I still owe, it seems like a great win-win option but I was shot down over and over because the appraisal was just too low.
