Just from discussing with newly weds I’ve heard that area come up a few times for new homeowners. 

I have a wedding planned for the end of March.

At the time, we were engaged so we registered for wedding gifts that would help us stock our tiny house.

We were leasing to own a property and found out the owner did not pay her property taxes and went into a tax lien sale and was bought, she has a year to take care of that, but then we found out that she had irs taxes that weren’t paid for 120,000 and there are irs tax liens on the property, we were trying to buy it but the mortgage lender said it’s difficult to get a mortgage with tax liens, now the owner of the property filed a eviction on us and we have a signed lease but stopped making payments on the place 2 months ago, we have attempted to pay the rent but she won’t come get it, our court date is next wed and we have spent thousands of dollars remodeling the place and don’t want to move, can she legally evict us?

I may not be able to buy a property in 2020 due to paying/planning for a wedding, and building up this channel for my actual job, while still getting acclimated to a whole new state.

Place was quite clean (due to her) but he asked for their framed wedding photo and then smashed it to bits in the sink,  destroying the garbage disposal.  

The Ramseys of the world will tell you to skip you friends weddings, don’t go to a dinner; etc etc.

Wed rent an Airbnb for a few weeks with multiple bedrooms and put three four guys in one place about 100 bucks a night. 

One of the figurines that was on top of our wedding cake made by a friend has been permanently damaged and I don't think it could be fixed.
