If a loan is not worked out through the process, what happens in the 11th month or the 13th month, if failure is the writing on the wall then it seems that dispositions of the remaining assets will go back into the most profitable venue, selling the asset or foreclosure as customary.In the 11th month a list will probably be made, in the 13th month it looks like they are back to business as usual.

If it's blocked out for any period of time, the irs categorizes it differently so we won't block it out but I'd consider raising the rents during that period.That said, it's in North East FL, St Augustine, where the spring and summer is in demand but the rest of the year is not "slow". 2 miles from great beaches, walking distance to the Old Town and National Monument, wedding venues, concert hall, marinas, tourist destination.

I vote for a podcast on this as well, after the basics are mastered this is the crucial step/process to growth and expansion.It also seems to be the most neglected one in all venues that deliver real estate education.I have attended many real estate conferences, but management systems and processes for growth and expansion are rarely touched upon.
