Thanks for a conducive environment to learn and grow BP. I am in my mid-twenties and love real estate. I love every aspect of a flip. I grew up in a family business related to contracting, farming, and municipal water treatment (www.merrellbros.com). I like working for the family, but dread the idea of a career of what I am doing now. I travel 75% of the year currently, working at whatever large project sites we have that season. Flipping and cash flow properties have been my dream and I am positioning myself to get started. I finished my real estate broker education hours and will be taking the state exam soon (once I am home between project sites). At that point I want to become a Realtor, while flipping, and renting cash-flowers. (Realtor title will provide me access to MLS, as well as helping me network, and expand my real estate involvement, plus I might sell a house every now and then.)

Looking forward to learning and sharing and improving myself here on the BP site.
