If you are uncertain about proceeding and unsure about whether you will lose money, that is your brain telling you that you don't understand enough and that you will probably lose money.  

Instead of a broad repeal, the administration is taking more of a gradual, piecemeal approach to rolling back or amending provisions of the legislation.

I have briefly looked into being an escrow officer for a title company, but am uncertain as to how much bonuses play a role in compensation and what career paths it could open up.

hey @Mindy Jensen I can give you some direction since I deal with multi family legislation and laws in Colorado, but I'm not a lawyer so take it for what it is.

Both properties would be an good long term investment, though I am uncertain of their rehab potential.

So far: quarterly % change in Real GDP, YOY % Change in Monthly home prices, job growth, interest rates, population shifts, rising wages, area revitalization, relocation, marriage, family growth, divorce, death, debt, active inventory, sold homes, avg. sold price, average days on market, Concentrations of jobs by occupational category, average level of education, school rankings, crime, appreciation, property tax rate, state tax rate, positive/negative RE legislation, monthly rental income, average age, inflation, popular property types and configurations, vacancy rates, volume of rental units added to market, time to rent, months of supply, volume of new home construction. 

I'm concerned about my existing holdings however, the anti-marijuana legislation imposed by Nevada, Yuba, and surrounding counties will crush the cash economies and significantly hurt my renter pool, as well as my ability to flip vacant land here.  

I will never forget the day I like someone freed me.Just remember it will be much harder to deal with banks in today's world of legislation and be sure to be ready to submit a lot more paperwork every time you go to the bank! 

My 10-year old son has recently become obsessed with learning how to solve the Rubik’s Cube.I’m uncertain how he became enamored with the toy.He was grounded from electronics for a week.I think it happened during that time.I watched him become very, very frustrated with the puzzle.On his own, without any guidance, he figured out how to solve one side.It took him 13 days to do this (and he practiced a LOT).Finally, he got it.He got the algorithm in his head.First, before I go on, what he did gave me great hope for his future.He persisted.Even on such a silly thing, through extreme frustration, he persisted.He’s ahead of the vast majority of his peers.Now, here’s what happened after this.He got better and better of course, continuing his practice.Once he “mastered” the one side, he became frustrated again.He had an extreme longing to learn how to do the rest, which is, if you don't know the algorithms, almost impossible to do on a routine basis.So, I looked up how to solve the thing.As it turns out, there are very specific moves that will help “easily” solve a Rubik’s Cube (even though it has a massive amount of possibilities).He sat down this past Sunday to learn the first (of many) algorithms.He learned it and had a breakthrough.By the end of that day, he was flying through that portion of the puzzle.Indeed, he had solved the puzzle four times by the end of that day, but didn’t know the algorithms by heart.

This goes against every founding principal this country has.We need to be profound and stand up and let our legislative bodies of government know that we will not stand for this kind of proposition whatsoever!
