Bank addenda will forbid assignments, so a double close or LLC sale will be the way to go.In my years listing REOs and even a dark time working for a REO dept for a bank, I know this: in 1000 deals I've personally dealt with on the REO side, only one was considered for pre-sale before it hit the market and it was a TINY bank that didnt have but 15 assets or so.
