I am in love with multifamily i agree with it being to perfect investment the numbers don't lie.  

Semper Fi @Gregory Schwartz,I no lie have @David Greene's book sitting right in front of me and, I was also looking into the Huntsville market after listening to a different BP episode where a fellow servicemen was the guess and mentioned the market there.

They are old school and definitely not technology savvy, but their paperwork seemed thorough and organized.Maybe it should have been a warning signal when they handed over a wad of unmarked keys.

Out lying areas from Austin are still viable, you just have to do your research, but Texas in general still has lots of opportunity.

I think its great that in a more technologically forward region like Oakland is already starting to be digital.

I think the answer to your question lies in what you really want to do? 

They do have a diverse economy in terms of technology, O&G, hospitals, and universities.

(As what happens frequently thanks to the rapid changes in technology) bottom line the industry was no longer fulfilling me and I had no desire to rekindle that flame.
