In my market they continually misprice properties, because their agents do not know how to price them.....and if they had good talent...why would someone stay with them with such a low cap on their earnings.  

Austin TX won out but Greenville would be a wise future choice given that there are available automotive talent pools there.

Offer your services, be it time or what ever talent you can bring to the table.

Keeping the property facilities immaculate, marketing, hiring talent, and maintaining all the "extras" that will attract your guests like the pool, the bar, and the security staff mean that you're investing more in a business than a property. 

Lots of good plumbers who are licensed and just don't talk so good that still are talented.

You would lose all your top talent in a heart beat, the staff would ***** endlessly, and you'd destroy morale. 

If contractors feel anything less than those rates are for "unlicensed immigrant workers" like he said, I may be on the wrong side of this business equation.If you find anyone who does a good job for $25.00 a door you've found an amazing thing, cause most talented guys I know wouldn't get out of bed for that.
