The people searching for housing may ask if you accept Section 8 or just fill out an application, don't run the application if you can't determine where their income support is coming from, before you process the application. 

Five years ago without any advice from anyone, without reading (I never read), without consulting or using a lawyer, without relying on any forums or online support, I researched and dwelled and agonized for months over the purchase of a small mobile home park for sale at the time...and then made a move. 12 mobile home spots, a rented pole barn and two rental houses.

When program shopping, I considered length of the course, what content is covered, how the course is delivered, what type of support is provided, if discounts on services like skiptracing are provided, what access there is to the actual coach, and price.

And I am told you need 1 1/2 total inches of underlayment on big joists (not over spanned) spaced closely.On floor above I removed short pieces of hardwood to expose terrible condition  inch bye subfloor,,large holes,large areas of no support.  I
