Hire and manage a design team, including architect, landscape architect, civil engineer, soils engineer, to produce the initial design concepts and schematic plans necessary to complete the entitlement process.

So here is what I'm thinking could happen:FHA makes us  get an architect or engineer to confirm the single family plans making sure the structure is sound and has been converted safely.

@Will Driscoll , reverse engineer the down payment, closing, rehab cost, etc.. by identifying a property that you are interested in purchasing with target cash-flow / ROI and use the rental calculator to determine the necessary funds. 

I brought in a structural engineer yesterday, and he confirmed that this was the issue and it needs to be fixed.

If you’re going to be investing in design and SEO anyway, waiting 6 months to launch wasted 6 months of a/b testing, search engine results and more.

Currently I'm working for the Navy as an engineer.

Also maybe add in some tech/engineer real estate guys as well ^__^
