I know this all probably sounds strange but just want to get my facts straight. 

What is a bit strange, and I hadn't seen until now, is the roof.

It's so strange how the county can easily convert this data into readable content when they are sending these bills to the homeowners but act like the data must be jumbled for anyone else smh lol. 

They find it a bit strange that I do not use debt to grow even more.  

Broker admits this is strange (none of his other listings are marketed this way), is apologetic for the opaqueness of the offer, but claims the seller is serious and just likes to market parks this way and see what the market will bear 4 - Broker also claims to not know why the seller is selling.Yes I've been to boot camp and will follow to the letter Frank's 30 Day due diligence manual if we get this under contract.Yes of course I can get it under contract and then see the financials - and I may do just that.

We take on the hard one's the strange one's and the smelly one's  all in a days work..

So, in a strange turn of events - a 4-unit building of mine burned down.  

It just seemed very strange to me to not share the name of a great lender, and then stop messaging me at all once I asked for it a 2nd time.Please help set me straight here, was this a very normal way to help people, and I should have felt comfortable sending along the information to this member?

@Austin Seems strange that an employer can dictate what other licenses and/or business opportunities you do in your spare time.
