Many people sleep on their sides to mimic the fetal position but the problem is you toss and turn because pressure is put on the shoulder. With a motorized bed you can elevate the legs which takes pressure off of the spine and back and with the upper body elevation you keep reflux from happening from the stomach into the throat which also helps the sinuses drain properly instead of pool and swell the turbinates at night causing congestion and difficulty breathing. The zero gravity position from a motorized bed mimics the fetal position but opens up the lungs for better breathing and keeps the acid down in the stomach plus since you are not on your side the pressure is not on the shoulders. When you first try it there is some getting used to as your body has been out of whack for so long.

We'll be looking to pick up more properties at that point and maybe some SFR we could hold and rent and later flip.I'll probably also pick up a nicer vehicle at that point- just can't stomach the price of a decent sized SUV, even used, at this point but if it's like last time there will be people selling off vehicles CHEAP.Along those lines, we will probably be looking for any tools we don't have currently, or upgrading what we do have, since people will be selling stuff cheap.

the folks I know that have the stomach for this type of investing have their own custom scoring system I have often enquired how they do it .. since 95% of the tenants will be below 600 ficoWhat they look for is habitual non payment of little things like cell phone and direct TV etc etc.what they over look and don't count is medical and eviction is out.you just need to pick the best you can... and maybe your tenant base is not that bad but in C to D in the mid west this is your tenant base.
