If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

The unit that I can't STR is leased 100% with no gaps but I'm stickler for leases starting and ending on a semester timeline.

It's a new suburb just starting out ,there are no large single family rentals ,it's mostly townhomes that are being rented out, which falls in 2500-2700$ .
