My name is Adam - I am 23 and I want to become a successful real estate investor.I graduated from Kent State in 2010 and instead of doing finance, I started my own internet business.I have been fortunate enough to experience incredible success in my business and will clear six figures this year.With that said - I have a lot of expendable income that I want to invest in real estate.I have been reading and educating myself and will try and soak up the forums.My question is - This is my first year in business and I have no tax returns to prove my income until 2012.

Just trying to soak up as much of any knowledge as I can get my hands on.  

Having scoured numerous threads I thought it would be wise for me to actually join and try and soak up all the incredible information this place has to offer.

Then I was walking around and the carpets were soaked and squishy.

Soak in everything on the site and hopefully you can make it out to the next couple of BP Meetups.

I am a beginner Real Estate investing and am currently trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible from books, networking, podcasts etc..

I encourage you to take a month or five & invest in your education first, learn how to protect your money & investments before you jump into them.Anyways, I am currently in my "prep" phase, learning as much as I can about the buy & hold game, soaking in as much as Ican and reading every day.
