Just made an offer on one earlier in the month but it fell through so I may hold off until later in the year / early next year to catch the beginning of prime season vs mid season. 

I mean after 9 months of living there can I have some one manage it for LTR or seasonal rental?

The reason I don't go with MTM is that rent in my area is very seasonal.

The land is owned outright, I'm not going to mention the acreage but it's prime land bearing mangoes, oranges, grapefruits and coconuts seasonally.

The sump pump running all the time during melting season will not help with that either.
