I just really want to scale up but lack of resources is what holding me back. 

 - you are the only one that can determine the correct path for you but with your contacts and desire to scale, value adds should be evaluated.  

We use Streamline which is a legacy provider but it is cumbersome and designed for larger scale PM operations (trust accounting, owner portals, etc etc).Just a few integrations we use: Lynx (locks), BookingPal (channel manager), EZCare (HK/Maint Ops), RevMax (Pricing) - There are more, thats off the top of my head. 

Since DSCR loans are now a thing, I think it makes more sense to get a 1099 job and scale your income faster. 

After 5 years dabbling in STR's, BRRRR's, and flips, I'm ready to focus on one area and asset class, scale up, and build a portfolio that I can eventually retire on.

Most frustrating part is knowing when to scale, leverage more and how much risk to take on, also much more difficult from 2022 to 2024 vs. 10 years ago.

If this is done on a larger scale it is called gentrification.

A designer might help you reduce costs and get the property up and running much faster than you could on your own so you have to look at the numbers on a larger scale. 

I scaled up my portfolio from 2 to 6 this year and a little concerned to grow more right now as the housing market is hot right now and I do not want to get into trouble if there is a big correction.
