You don't need to establish business credit ahead of time for the A-paper great commercial mortgages, we do them all the time without any established credit.So you wind up, fast forward a couple years, with a bunch of different LLCs that you share ownership of with different people. 

Do you think those of us just starting should go ahead and get the permit now or wait until it's updated?

Also, if you rush a closing in the city there is a likelihood there could be a large water bill that did not show up prior to closing.  

You're definitely ahead of the curve of most folks that are investing for the "first" time since you've already gotten your feet wet in Mexico City. 

So I'm leary of getting into another contract and being left with a ghetto laundry room in a couple years.Those machines I sent link to from Home Depot are around $1200/each so was curious if you come out ahead to buy them and just have an appliance repair out when they break??
