I receive regular updates from them like clockwork and in fact Brian Burk from Praxis is one of my Syndication leads and he posted on that thread. 

Essentially if they are a regular house but they have a log cabin "feel" they will be ok as long as you prescreen it with your lender upfront. 

That's a great way to monitor the property remotely.

They have a rep at our regular reia meetings.

For those who struggle with setting goals and them monitoring them I would recommend a system like EOS (there are many others).

Has anyone found a good solution to remotely monitor water consumption?
