I had garnished wages on a tenant  and when they filed BK i had to give the BK trustee all the money back that i recieved int eh garnishmentnot sure if it was 13 or 7 but I was not a happy camper

If I recieve no feedback that appears negative my plan is to offer a Commuter discount, employment discount, good credit discount, rental history discount and maybe any others I think of which would result back to a highly competitive rent of $375 and $475 which I would hope gets me some long term tenants  like those that I have in neighboring cities with much larger populations.

And as soon as its done the tenant will automatically recieve a copy, and I can just save it to my network drive.

Rent is due on the 10th, the lease began Dec 10 2015, I recieved first month rent plus one month rent as deposit. 

Evictions might be expensive but they are better then recieving $75 when $3000 is owed.

there was no smoke order that aired out on its on over night and few days afterwards, by the time they did any work it had been two weeks. and a apology was given, no serv-pro was used. and it wasn't due to carelessness in process of stirring the fries grease dripped over pan and it caught on fire, and quickly ignited. and she already recieved payment from insurance company.

I swear I did not recieve a lot of the letters they sent, but supposedly they sent them to the correct address.
