Can anyone please share the link to Diego Corso podcast episode on how he got started in real estate as an immigrant?

I am a PA landlord and likely starting down the eviction path for the first time in 12 years.

One piece of advice is to learn about the tax advantages of real estate.

.- 3 units have much higher maintenance/cap ex than one unit (not as high as 3 times the maintenance/cap ex but maybe 2.5 times. - ADUs are not valued the same as the square footage of the primary units.

@Allan Guerra, at least in Ohio, you cannot receive a commission based on the purchase price of a property without being a licensed real estate agent.  

No--the rental agreement could begin a reasonable amount of time after you move out.  

Since this opportunity came up, I've begun to take real estate more seriously as a path to financial freedom.
