Are you finding the funding process smooth, or do you run into challenges?

Hi Xavien,You’ve raised an excellent and often overlooked point about the benefits of business credit, particularly for real estate investors.

From what I’ve seen, firms like Exeter 1031 Exchange or Asset Preservation, Inc. have solid reputations for guiding investors through the process efficiently.

In my experience, finding deals with strong potential for cash flow, often means digging deeper into off-market opportunities or unique property types that traditional models overlook.

No one says Tom is endorsing or not endorsing the process, but it is what it is.I think we all agree that being fully transparent is beneficial to real estate investing. 

Hi All, my names Josh, I'm a kiwi living in the UK building the portfolio with a unique business model which brings into other investors into a compoinding model with both Capital and perpetual returns.i have a well developed process and network here in the UK and New Zealand, wanting to explore the US market.

What blew my mind through this process is how people calculate returns.

3) It's been 5+ years since we've seen a S8 tenant lose their voucher for property damages, not paying their portion of the rent or utilities, or other lease violations (letting others move in with them).It's our opinion that #2 & #3 above are caused by overworked caseworkers not having the time to process the extra required paperwork, so they take the path of least resistance.4) S8 needs someone at the federal level to put more of the program online and streamline the process!
