Nothing says "successful" more than adorning your person with the rarest minks/animal skins, gemstones, and precious metals, driving without regard for "the poor people" (i.e., anyone earning less than 7 figures) in your vehicle (late-model European import only), and spending time with your mistresses at your vacation homes (yes, plural...both).Actually, it's because time is the only thing that matters to me.  

Just the right owner could and might try, to "go to town" on you for "hurting" their precious pet.

For example; various real estate investments like notes or even real estate itself, precious metals, cryptocurrency, oil/gas, etc.

Trying my best not to take this precious life for granted and keep mortality top of mind every day.

Some creative ways to reach boomer assets prior to public offering:- Friends and Family: The prime assets for acquisition are real estate, business and hard assets like art, jewelry and collector cars, cards etc.

You don’t allow the temptation of buying the new car or a new piece of jewelry to sink in.

I am writing an article on tenant screening based on my precious human resource experience.

They actually have land, art, sports memorabilia, jewelry, even properties on the site. here's the next auction i'm looking into. just looking for more information on what i should be searching for when trying to bid on a properties. any info would be extremely helpful. thank you!

I know a lot of Mom and Pop land lords who fly under the radar don't do this properly, and there are precious few times the tenant would actually sue someone over this, and there isn't any formal auditing.
