If you still are thinking about it, do a complete background check, verify employer, past 2 landlords (the last one might lie to get rid of them) , pull their court cases in your local jurisdiction, look at the interior of their car, take a photo of their ID, etc...

Even if i just started to learn this business, few days ago actually, I am 100% sure there is no potential buyer on the world, not even a single person guaranteed, who would want to buy based on online photos only.

The roof should have at least ten years left for a turnkey.Missing the front gutter on the upper roof.The back yard comes up to the bank parking lot, but it's a bank, so that's probably not a big deal.Based only on the photos, and no walk-through, if the items I mentioned above had been done, then I'd say it'd be worth 40-45k.

Charge for extra people over 5 or so.Get professional photos of the house, rooms, etc.

Using a service like WeGoLook could be a cheap way to get photos from your property by a third party that is paid to represent you other than an agent or PM.
