Additionally optimizing the site for SEO, I would recommend starting with a plugin like Yoast. 

I can then use the same system to dig deeper into those properties, getting history, comps, etc.Now, if you're talking about inbound marketing, you're talking about an optimized website where motivated sellers come to you.

And you make errors  and you will not be optimized and a lot of other things.

@Tim Kaminski I don’t do either, but from my experience and what I’ve heard, I would recommend doing rent by the room in an expensive market and rent to section 8 in a less expensive market to optimize rental income potential

You have to know what lenders are lending on for the good loans,tenant type, and the location metrics the lenders are optimally looking for.  

You’re right in that there is no app, but the browser version is optimized for mobile and keeps you logged in, so I don’t mind it at all. 

Finding out a substantial recurring cost after you have already made the investment is sub-optimal.
