In a normal situation, ceiling and trim do not require repainting as often.

This one is tricky because not only is it "tenants" but it is family so they will feel more entitled to the house, more than normal. 

When you rent a home you normally have to get a credit check so it makes sense that someone lending you a lot of money to purchase a home would also want to see your credit history.

It doesn't sound like this "statutory agent" is an "agent" as we understand in normal course of day to day life where the agent can bind you with their actions.

But for now I am continuing along with my normal W2, saving as much as possible, and learning every chance I get.I am looking to meet like-minded individuals and hopefully some mentors along the way.Steven              

Condos and Townhouses remained at normal levels in comparison to other years.

For example my W2 job and my LLC are both in Florida but let's say I buy and flip a property in Georgia are those taxes settled at the time of the sale or is that something I would have to do when I file my taxes normally. 

We are going from a pretty normal living situation, to a MUCH more complicated one, and we'd LOVE your advice.

Is it a normal practice? 

I normally do but this time I took the word of a good property management that recommended them to me but for sure will not let that happen again.
