I will say this in defense of other management companies that charge for other things, no company can live, breathe and prosper on nominal 8-10% a month for a mngt fee, that’s typically like $4 to $6 a day they make.

From what I understand, you can pull information on the realist service, (individual property inquiries) for a nominal fee, rather than pay a large monthly access fee.Perhaps a seasoned investor can check it out and provide more clarification.Have a great week,Jon
