So I’m new to rei and I’m trying to do all of this off my phone I have no laptop or cpu...any one else had or have the same issue ?

As well as giving me a notifications to follow up with them (I could potentially write a macro in excel for automatic notifications).I also thought about using Microsoft OneNote due to the nature of accessibility from my work laptop.

To add to Ted's suggestion:If you do not want to remove the wife from the lease, tell the husband legally you must execute a new lease and that it is company policy to increase the rent rate each time there is a new lease.

They told me the audio book can only be downloaded on a laptop and then I needed to email it to myself to open it on the iPhone.

We have analyzed several properties but it is hard to tell how accurate our numbers are since we are doing this all via information from our laptop.

Sometimes taking the laptop to the local coffee shop is another inexpensive piece of advertising  you can do.

the 2 kids bedrooms were on the same circuit so not only was a 1500 W heater, a radio , a TV and a light on that circuit but so was a new XBox ONE, charging remotes, two laptops, two phone chargers, another set of lights, a 42" TV and who knows what else.
