Great macroeconomics with growing population and job market.

While this isn't a hard and fast rule, more often then not, these are the guys that can't manage their schedules well, and will be gung-ho on your job for a couple weeks, then be flaking out as they picked up too much work and are trying to keep too many homeowners happy.And lastly, the more detail you have the better the bid will be with few change orders.  

If you need assistance in flipping a property, or really any job an inexperienced person can do, I am very interested for any exposure I can get to real-estate investing.

If you aren't able to save for your next property, then you really need a better job because without this house you'd have even less money. 

And I've been warned from other realtors that if I have a buyer rep agreement, I'll get cut out.
