I'm asking because I've been interested in in stalling a sauna an was wondering what the upkeep and cleaning of a wooden sauna typically looks like and any challenges relative to maintenance and guests being able to operate it (safely). 

The feedback was that combining the parcels allowed them to drop some city requirements regarding installing screening in front of the dumpsters, so it saved a small amount on construction cost.Interesting topic, but understand if you are just focusing on the deal itself for now.  :-)Sincerely Joe

Thanks Colleen, I have considered exactly what you said and have a company coming Friday to install a metal fence around the pool for extra safety.

Even if this were a fairly new toilet, the handle could break due to a manufacture default or poor installation.A new handle costs less than $10 and can be installed by anyone.

The road is not in, the water main not installed, the sewer main and laterals not installed, etc.Just having the engineering done, and the plan approved, adds significant value to the land, and makes it attractive to a developer who now, doesn't have to go through all that work.

It's a once in a lifetime installation. ie, by the time a metal roof needs replacing, you won't be on earth to worry about it.
