About a year later and Duplex that I bought at Foreclosure has been rented out to two sisters both with children and is cash flowing nicely the sfh that i bought from the landbank in Louisville is done and also rented out, also bought another property and working on buying my 4th house in Louisville hopefully closing this next week.

Suppose a single mother with two small children wanted to rent it. 

A property is coming up for sale and the owners have passed and only son never got deed in his name e has passed which leaves 3 children left and the will has not been probated.

For example Never say "your children would enjoy..." - rather "Families with children enjoy...."

It was incredibly inspiring to say the least and some of the Bigger P family was there as well!

I have held onto the property for a few years beyond renting it,  so my children could use it for college.
