You appear to be very young so just having 100k is impressive in itself.

Just passed the House and Senate in Virginia - I am not as up to speed on how the legislative process in Virginia works but my broker and multiple wholesalers that have reached out to me are all under the impression that this starts July 1st and appears to require wholesalers doing 2 or more deals in a year to be licensed. 

I got the impression she was looking for a fight more than an answer.

I am impressed with his podcast and I know of one successful investor in my area who has participated in the course.Hopeful that we can get some responses here.

I wanted to see if there was anyone local to Purdue University that is involved buying or selling real estate.I am an electrician with backgrounds in mechanics and control systems(more information in my profile) and id be more than happy to share my skills in return for mentorship or just to network.Otherwise I was wondering if there are investors in this area (Tippacanoe and surrounding) that could shed some light on this area regarding how difficult it may be or areas to stay away from. 

If you are a new investor vet profiles and don't just network to network, network to get where you are trying to go.It frustrates me when I see people who have two investments worth $60,000 a piece that they bought in Mississippi giving investment advice, I could say the same about Realtors who don't own investments and have no idea how it works.

Next thing you know, i did my research, I went to the meetings and over and over again I was getting experience of just how not impressive those doing were, they were really nothing special, supremely average and several times sub-par.

This topic comes up frequently, but I would be impressed if someone could actually find legislation that requires a real estate agent to present all offers to a seller.I'm not saying it doesn't exist.
