has anyone converted over to CRC (community residential care program) to fill their duplexes or larger complexes, homeless VETS or turning a large house into a care facility???

She found some homeless people living in our house.

A little backstory, I bought the house in June and in November my property manager finally found a tenant through a charity that helps homeless people find homes.

No woman with kids (95% of my tenants) or a family would ever go for that kind of setup unless they were previously homeless or lived in a commune.  

They are a non-profit that provides housing to homeless families, or women with kids from domestic violence situations. 

I also want to be able to make a impact on my city whether it's helping the homeless or helping kids figure out what they want to do in life and maybe even be able to give out scholarships.  

I read those and decided to pivot to buy and hold instead of flipping, mainly due to me working 70-90 hours per week at my other two jobs (I own my own coaching/therapy business in Lexington, MA called Think-diff Institute and also work full-time at the VA in Boston with homeless Veterans).

I had some luck in my early 20’s and was making very good money, and then I made the decision to merge my business into a partnership with a competing company, thinking together we could take the company nationwide…two and a half years later…I lost everything, was broke, in debt up to my eyeballs, lost my car, lost my home, was homeless and hit ROCK BOTTOM!!

I'm able to walk into almost any office and get a warm welcome.I'm looking to give this all that I have, I want to set up a future that I always dreamed about.I was homeless growing up as a kid and I vow to be nothing like my parents.I want the freedom to go anywhere and doing anything at my discretion!

Have to evict.If he was homeless, I bet he could find a place.
