I read those and decided to pivot to buy and hold instead of flipping, mainly due to me working 70-90 hours per week at my other two jobs (I own my own coaching/therapy business in Lexington, MA called Think-diff Institute and also work full-time at the VA in Boston with homeless Veterans).

I had some luck in my early 20’s and was making very good money, and then I made the decision to merge my business into a partnership with a competing company, thinking together we could take the company nationwide…two and a half years later…I lost everything, was broke, in debt up to my eyeballs, lost my car, lost my home, was homeless and hit ROCK BOTTOM!!

I'm able to walk into almost any office and get a warm welcome.I'm looking to give this all that I have, I want to set up a future that I always dreamed about.I was homeless growing up as a kid and I vow to be nothing like my parents.I want the freedom to go anywhere and doing anything at my discretion!
