Thank you for the heads up!

My "guru" has shared some thoughts on that, but I'm interested in additional opinions.I'm not afraid of hard work, but I'd appreciate any thoughts on what I need to be prepared for if I head down this road, as well as opinions on the risks I'm signing up for.

I had a basic road map in my head but talking to my spouse things have changed.

The difficulty of owning, keeping, maintaining and having your head above water is why those aforementioned types remain predatory & are fully in front of this.In regards to what you said above, you clearly state your desires.

its started with de Santis in FLA  signing in the new law and allowing a Sheriff like Sheriff Grady to go knock some heads and believe me they will in FLA . finally some law and order :)  GA is on the cusp of signing the same type of legislation.. the real issues is the states we know to be Tenant friendly . 

Real estate success is all about due diligence and knowledge especially of the market you buy in.I am interested in the Algarve in Portugal and with all the Brits having to sell up we should see some deals.Again my buddy with the Akumal condo is heading to Portugal this summer and has spent about a year researching the market and making contacts.
