I found the tenant screening website www.mysmartmove.com , has anybody used this site for running screens on future tenants and have any good or bad feedback because i'm in the process of hopefully (fingers crossed) obtaining my first rental.

We have decided to just remove the rock at least on the kitchen side for now (keeping fingers crossed that its all good underneath).

But I don't have to lift a finger.

As proper secretarial typing is a necessary skill and to this day I still basically use only six fingers I really didn't qualify.

Couple years ago on a rehab we were having trouble with vandals.We put in both covert and overt video recording devices and let the neighborhood know.The trouble stopped; although the vandals would march by and give the finger to the overt camera.

As I run my finger across it, a white film transfers off.

It has quite frankly made it possible for me to never lift a finger again for the rest of my life.
