I have a few questions and need guidance from people more experienced than me. 

Not sure where to start but if there’s any experienced section 8 property owners that could I could connect with/get some advice from that’d be appreciated! 

The mainland, near the Speedway, has experienced some explosive growth due to the new One Daytona development and the Speedway expansion/renovations.

Partners are difficult to find as well because most people at networking events are either have no experience, looking to remain more passive or way too experienced and have their own dream time.

Has anyone experienced a transaction being wrongfully reversed by there payment system?

It is very difficult to vet an operator - they all say they are experienced, conservative and will be a good steward of your capital. 

I would love to learn from experienced ones who know the market and strategies.
