Strauss, I am once yet again enlightened by your comments and I wish to acknowledge and thank you for them as well as apply them in my life of success.

Each "Member" of the LLC has to make some form of contribution to that LLC to be a Member pursuant to the Operating Agreement which does not violate any SEC Rules...at least none I have read so maybe someone can enlighten me with the SEC Handout, Publication or Guide number that contradicts that statement. 

But we all ask questions on these forums hoping for enlightened answers that can help us.

It may be too small for them to mess with and not cost effective to you but the conversation may provide be enlightening. 

The statutory reference for your enlightenment is NCGS 160A-424 (b)(iv), and the condition will be identified as "unlawful conditions" based on zoning violations.

are surely, certainly, working on something in the background that us common folk aren't enlightened to that will magically make a solution appear out of thin air and make all of our problems go away - is probably not a good idea.
