It was good enough when they moved in and while it was only 1 day of install it is pretty disruptive replacing flooring and having to move things around especially since it seemed they were not willing participants from the start.

Supply line disruptions and the cost of used cars (a normally deflationary asset) have put pressure on the CPI upward. 

And lots of things can be true at once: Low interest rates creating bubbles, late to the cycle beginner money following trends, legitimate inflation hedge, long term market patterns favoring rental assets, downsizing boomers creating a larger market than poorer milennials (which is a huge group as well) covid disruption.

Contract negotiations have been ongoing since April, and with the Las Vegas Grand Prix starting soon after, any disruption could be problematic.

It's an absolute nightmare, totally inefficient, way too costly, and desperate for disruption.

I would expect the price to double if there is a disruption with them.  

When I mentioned I was looking for another lot to build a custom home in 3-5 years (rental in the interim) she did not seem too keen on the disruption this could cause young children (the same neighborhood and school no less).

Its going to be fascinating to see how this lands, who and how will the industry be disrupted.  

Property management is ripe for disruption in general and until it is in your market I vote for DIY if you are up for the challenge.

The hotel business model is ripe for continued disruption.
