Without the SSN the ability of the CRA (consumer reporting agency) to cross reference information is hindered. 

Some like the country/laid back feel.

We do self storage, country subdivisions and land in Belize for Teak and secondary value.Whether the U.S. or Belize we take a buyers market approach.  

Cross-checking different information for inconsistency is a critical step.
