if you're on a crawl or basement and have easy access to the plumbing, I'd just replace it.  

But there are a lot of great (free) articles out there on the web that go into detail about how credit scores/reports work, how scores are calculated, and how to fix credit problems. 

People find websites while searching on the web.

For now, I'll be spending my time crawling the BP forums and site to increase my knowledge and do a lot of networking!

Hopefully this doesn't turn out to be a long drawn out discussion about Iphone/Android, I've seen so many on the web and don't care to see it here on BP.

I am building a new site and would like everything imbedded (or linked to) on the web page.  

I truly don't mind crawling before I walk.

Well I am really just doing an update as opposed to an intro, I have kinda steered off the road of bigger pockets and other web sights trying get my contracts, I am pleased to let you know I have!!

Also, having the ability to follow a topic/post would be a good feature without having to go through the web browser.
