Having operated mostly on my own best thinking for some time, I did not have the benefit of some of the best knowledge that was already available, in part because most of the courses and training that I found was crap and I refused to continue spending good money on inferior information (are you listening guru wannabes ?).

Brian, there is so much crap out there on lease options that it's impossible to give someone the right information, what we call "investors" on BP is pretty much a joke and the stuff that's out there is pretty much crap.

Once they get all their crap stuffed in there, they're less likely to want to move it.

I don't think that's a good model I rather work with a few and know exactly what they are looking for and send them the props that they can move on quick instead of a bunch of over priced crap..
